Zotcis Attire offers the following Returns Policy:

Refunds are offered for purchases returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, sale items excluded. The item must be in the same condition as received and a receipt of purchase must be provided. Merchandise must not be damaged, worn, washed, soiled, or torn. The tags must still be attached when clothing is returned. Refunds are only available for regular priced purchases. Shipping charges are not subject to refunds.

Exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days from the date of delivery with a receipt providing proof of purchase, sale items excluded. The item must be in the same condition as received and a receipt of purchase must be provided. Merchandise must not be damaged, worn, washed, soiled, or torn. The tags must still be attached when clothing is returned. If no other items interest you at the time of the exchange, a store credit will be issued and will be valid for use online or for an in-store purchase. Store credits have no expiration. Shipping charges are not subject to credit value. Please allow two weeks for exchanges and up to 30 days for returns.

Sale items are final and non-refundable.

Returns and Exchanges must be authorized before the merchandise is returned. You are responsible for returning the merchandise to us. Be sure to include the receipt. Please ship items back to us with a method that has a tracking number such as UPS, Fed Ex or United States Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
